I was just wondering at the possibilities of us getting a team for ET over to Savlan for the weekend. Post here if you would consider going, I know Seh is gonna be there as a spectator already.

Djuhn helped link the random IRC quote rotation to the live database on the CNX eggdrop, so that is another thing taken care of.
Still on the 'to-do' list, sort links, guides, pr0n browsing, IRC page + IRC stats, demo / files browsing. I can see it finished by the end of the week :)

New ET maps released already

Found two so far:
 Trainyard by marko, a conversion of his RTCW map.
King of the Hill by Myrkky, based on KOTH test for RTCW, whatever that means.
If Trainyard is any good, I will add it to the EK server.

More archived news added

I wrote a little macro to format news from an early EK news database for the current SQL design. The result is the addition of nearly 400 old news (and a few column) posts.
I still have one or two backups of even older news to sort out, but I think there's plenty of new pavement for those of you wandering down memory lane to walk on...

More stats stuff

I have been meaning to look into charts and the likes for a while now, and today i recompiled PHP to allow for jpgraph tricks :)
The result is obvious here. If you set your content filter to ET only or Q3 only, the graphs will change accordingly. Pretty neat, huh? :)

So, it is now available and it will allow mod people to design some decent new stopwatch maps, and hopefully, campaigns too. An ET gamepack with textures and models will follow shortly.

Site news category added
|
As it says above, I have hax0red teh jabbascript for a new news category for information regarding site updates and upgrades.
Site announcements will be shown regardless of your news filter.
I'll be going through the old news changing category accordingly.

News archive and browsing added
|
I modified my news script to add archive browsing functionallity, you will find the "Previous / Next" links at the bottom, plus a Google-style page number index.
Djuhn kindly helped and imported all of our old q3 news, so now our transition is almost complete :)
Also, a basic search function is added for crawling through all those posts.
